CONFIRMATION

Products in our shop or showroom in Somerset may be subject to a delay in administration of the sale onto the website. If the goods you order have already been sold we will refund you immediately. Obvious damage in transit should be covered by your Couriers insurance. On small goods where we have arranged the transit they need to be reported within 8 working days from time of purchase. VINTAGE CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES
Vintage clothing and accessories can be up to 100 years old, they will show natural signs of age which is part of the character of the items. Any tears or holes will be described within the product description. We select garments and accessories that are of good quality for vintage and pre-loved items. Please look carefully at your garment on the day you receive them. Items will need to be reported within 8 working days from time of purchase to qualify for a refund.
RETURNS
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage or courier and the costs associated with this. Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you obtain a Certificate of Posting or record the delivery, in case the parcel fails to reach us.
